FGM Film Production & Management is an independent film and media company founded by filmmaker Milind Sulekha Purushottam. We develop authentic stories through disciplined planning, expressive direction and meticulous post-production.
Milind Sulekha Purushottam is an independent filmmaker with hands-on experience across Hindi and Marathi films, television serials, web series, short films, documentaries, stills & making, editing, DI colour grading and post-production.
His creative journey includes independent projects such as "Bhook: The Hunger", "Tezaab: The Burning Wound", the documentary "Maruti Kamble: A Rickshaw Life", and the web-series project "That Night – Unpredictablee Stories". His experience also extends to feature-film production environments, stills and making, editorial workflows and DI colour grading.
In television, Milind has worked across serial productions including DD National -"Sukha Dukha Cha Vate Var, Suraksha, Gandhari Che Dole, Chakva, Bedhune Chaar and Gangaa". He has also worked as an Episode Director on "Bodhivruksha" for Lord Buddha TV, adding television direction to his wider filmmaking experience.
His professional development has been shaped through training and mentorship under Producer & Director Avinash M. Jadhav, Rajesh Mayekar and filmmaker Milind Kishor Ukey. These experiences helped strengthen his understanding of direction, performance, visual storytelling, production workflow, on-set discipline and the practical filmmaking process.
Alongside traditional filmmaking, Milind has undertaken professional training in AI filmmaking, expanding his creative expertise in AI-assisted concept development, visualisation, storyboarding, image and video generation, pre-production planning and cinematic content creation. He combines emerging AI tools with established filmmaking principles while keeping story, emotion and human creativity at the centre of the process.
Through FGM Film Production & Management, Milind leads projects from the initial idea and creative planning through development, direction, production, editing, DI colour grading and final delivery. FGM's creative scope includes films, web series, advertisements, corporate films, documentaries, music videos and digital content.
His vision is to develop meaningful, emotionally engaging and visually powerful stories while building FGM as a professional platform for cinema, digital storytelling, brand communication and future-ready filmmaking.
